DAY/LIVING AREA: A wide open space area opens in front of a curved plastered wall which partially hides the entrance door providing horizontal cuts and niches. A big kitchen zone with column wall and island faces the dining/living area with a big dinner table, wide couches and a modern fireplace, plus a reserved reading area. the drain coloumn in front of the entrance has been hidden with a plasterboard structure with wooden shelves. a grès flooring has been selected for the most stressed kitchen area. For the rest of the living a warm natural oilfinish wood flooring has been chosen.
A small hallway leads to the coat closet and guest bathroom. A plastered wall with book shelves and in wall glasses separates the reading area from this hallway, hiding one of the pillars in its structure and providing a frontal illuminating system towards the living area.
NIGHT AREA: In the night area , a spacious laundry room and a restroom face a second hallway that leads to the most private area with a wide master bedroom, office area, walk in closet and master bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The office area is divided from the masterbedroom with a partial glass wall.
The grès flooring variation comes back in the most stressed areas of the master bathroom.
Grès or resin floorings have been chosen for the restroom and laundry.
