The lakeview loft is a very bright apartment with specific features. The new owners requested to make the necessary steps so that the house could accommodate the needs of the family. The key point for the family was to have an open space plan with no obstructions to the lakeview. Therefore we focused on making the perimeter of the house more lively. We created points of interests on the two opposite sides of the flat using different materials and wall coverings to separate the uses. The wall that accommodates the kitchen area has a slight texture (brick wall) keeping the white color as the dominant element. On the opposite wall the use of wooden wall covering construction in combination with the resin coating of the fireplace makes a quiet complexity of materials that create a warmer atmosphere. At the same time the selection of furniture and lighting features is based on the notion of the uninterrupted lakeview.
