Description

For the First issue of Defining the Entrance, my design Solution is using rectangular concrete slabs and an Entrance pergola which is very visible and defines the Entrance in the North West direction of the house which is the most used entrance. The Eating and Relaxing area are designed to flow onto a lawn with the play house in close proximity to allow for adult supervision of the kids while playing. A fountain is proposed to give a very beautiful and pleasing welcome to guest with a well-defined footpath. The pool is left in its original position in your initial plan but the added designed allows for a seamless flow between the eating, relaxation, play house and play lawn area.
The Toolshed in placed behind the house since the general landscape is of low maintenance
The artist studio is placed in the eastern corner to allow a good view and also a seamless visual transition between the studio and the eating and relaxation area.
