Two options have been created for this Project. The following criteria were kept in mind while working on them -
- Amount of demolition to be carried out.
- The distance of the Bathrooms and Kitchen from the existing drains.
- The number of B&B rooms that can be accommodated in the given area.

The furniture list is primarily for option 1 and almost everything is from the giant furniture Company IKEA since we believe that their furniture is cost effective and aesthetically efficient to please the eye. If one of these options is chosen to work with, then the furniture list can be totally altered to fit the local needs of Catania.
