Overall:
1. Most of the proposed furniture are so called "designers furnuture" (whatevcer does it mean!), and therefore, are overpriced well!
So, I suggest you to either find some similar product, or buy some good replica, or ask local artcraft stores to produce similar.
Those overpriced parts of furniture are good to lead us where to go, anyway.
2. There are 4 revisions of living/ dinning, A,B,C,D as I was really inspired by your apartment and found it very inspirative. I hope you'll find some OK for you. Personally, I would go with D, the last one.
3. Hallway> I suggest you to stick with mygermania.com . They the leader in hallway furnitures in Europe, and they are not expensive at all.
Lights> If you with 1-2 point light you'll got hospital like hallway, but this way, using spot lights, your hallway looks more like some museum exibition
space.
