The focus of this renovation proposal was to design and project spaces as much as possible comfortable and functional, searching for the best possible solution between both features, as per customer requirements. The house is now divided in two distinct parts: living and sleeping area. The large entrance is equipped with a spacious wardrobe for shoes, jackets and accessories. From the entrance you leads to the core, the heart of the house made up of the large living area with double sofas area, fireplace and dining area, all connected with the balcony. The slightly curved walls surround this living area giving a feeling of warmth. This space is also connected with the kitchen by a glass and iron retrò door. This door can be opened almost completely, becoming one with the living room, or it can be closed and separate the kitchen. The spacious and functional kitchen is equipped with a large work surface that can also be used as a table for breakfast or a quick meal. In a corner of the kitchen there is also a small guest bathroom. From the living a sliding door leads into the sleeping area. There are a large bedroom with a large walk-in closet and all the necessary amenities and two others spacious single bedroom. The master bathroom has two sinks, a home sauna and a free standing bathtub. The second bathroom has a large shower instead and a convenient laundry area. Each part of the house has been tastefully designed with elegant design pieces: tables, sofas, chairs, lamps, both classic and modern. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with a hungarian herringbone parquet, while the bathrooms have a marble coating and the kitchen has a grey epoxy resin flooring.
