Descrizione:
Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di n. 6 camere, tutte con bagno indipendente e tutte dotate di wc e bidet, si prevede inoltre la realizzazione del soggiorno (sala colazione) e di una piccola reception con postazione computer.
Accesso:
L’accesso avverrà dal giardino esterno garantendo la separazione dagli altri piani e quindi dal Vostro appartamento, il copro scala esistente quindi garantirà la distribuzione solo al piano terra e secondo piano.
Ingresso:
L’ingresso – corridoio sarà caratterizzato da un armadio (guardaroba), costituito da pannelli stampati con scritte di benvenuto e dal volume della reception, ll soggiorno (sala colazione) sarà separato dal corridoio mediante una vetrata in modo da garantire illuminazione naturale anche nel corridoio (VD. Render 01). Per quanto riguarda l’illuminazione artificiale nel corridoio di distribuzione sono previste, oltre ai faretti, anche delle gole luminose in direzione longitudinale (VD. Render 01).
Soggiorno (Sala cucina):
Il soggiorno è caratterizzato da due piani longitudinali riservati ai clienti, da sgabelli e da una cucina ad isola che funge come piano di appoggio per servire la colazione (VD. Render 02), la cucina potrà essere allestita opzionalmente con lavello. Il soggiorno sarà dotato di piccolo balcone connesso direttamente al giardino del piano inferiore.
Camere:
Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di n. 06 camere doppie eccetto la camera singola (camera 02); tutte le camere sono di circa 16-18 mq ogn’una con bagno indipendente, la camere 04 e 05 sono dotate di balcone indipendente e la camera 06 è caratterizzata da una metratura superiore rispetto alle altre (19,00 mq). Tutte le camere sono controsoffittate ad h. 3,00 m (con la possibilità di sfruttare i restanti 0,80 cm come soppalco-ripostiglio) e caratterizzate da gola luminosa. All’interno di ogni camera il blocco bagno è considerato come un volume indipendente alto 2, 70 m, i restanti 0,30 m sono chiusi mediante una vetrata (o i più economici pannelli in policarbonato) che garantisce un’ illuminazione naturale anche all’interno dei bagni (VD. Render 03).
Pavimenti:
Per le aree comuni ed I servizi igienici è previsto laminam o grès a grande formato, mentre per le camere da letto è previsto parquet in legno.

Description:
The project involves the construction of n. 6 rooms, all with private bathroom and all equipped with toilet and bidet, it also provides for the creation of the living room (the breakfast room) and a small desk with a computer workstation.
Access:
Access will be from the outside garden guaranteeing separation from other planes and then from your flat, I cover the existing scale then ensure the distribution only on the ground floor and second floor.
Entrance:
The entrance - hall will feature an armoire (wardrobe), made up of panels printed with slogans of welcome and volume reception'll stay (breakfast room) will be separated from the hallway by a glass partition in order to ensure natural light even in the hallway (VD. Render 01). As regards the artificial lighting in the hallway of distribution are provided, in addition to spotlights, also of the luminous grooves in the longitudinal direction (VD. Render 01).
Living Room (Room kitchen):
The living room features two longitudinal planes reserved for customers, stools and a kitchen island that acts as a support to serve breakfast (VD. Render 02), the kitchen will be equipped optionally with sink. The room will be equipped with small balcony connected directly to the garden on the lower floor.
Rooms:
The project involves the construction of n. 06 double rooms except the single room (Room 02); all rooms are approximately 16-18 square meters; all with private bathroom, the rooms 4:05 have independent balcony and the room 06 is characterized by a surface of more than the others (19.00 square meters). All rooms have false ceilings to h. 3.00 m (with the ability to leverage the remaining 0.80 cm as loft-closet) and characterized by bright throat. Within each room blocking the bathroom is considered as an independent volume up 2, 70 m, the remaining 0.30 m are closed by a glass wall (or cheaper polycarbonate panels) that guarantees a 'natural light even within baths (VD. Render 03).
Flooring:
For common areas and the toilets is expected laminam or stoneware in large format , while the bedrooms is scheduled parquet.
