L’idea progettuale cerca di soddisfare le richieste del contest. Il progetto mira a limitare le opere murarie per contenere i costi, creando spazi adatti alle esigenze dell’attività di B&B. Sono state ricavate 4 camere con bagno privato, una zona comune per le colazioni con spazio esterno coperto ed un ripostiglio. La soluzione proposta prevede colori tenui che riportano al paesaggio marino, scegliendo uno stile in cui domini il colore bianco nella sua versione più calda e rilassante, l’azzurro in tutte le sue sfumature quali turchese, celeste, pastello, acqua marina, e la tinta corda che dona eleganza all’arredamento, richiamando la sabbia e le conchiglie. Gli arredi contemporanei e lineari, creano uno stile vivace ed accogliente.

This design idea tries to satisfy the contest requests. The proposal aims at the limitation of building works in order to reduce additional costs and create suitable spaces to meet the requirements of B&B activity.
We have obtained four rooms with private bathroom, a public area for breakfast with an external covered space and an utility room.
The proposed solution uses soft colours which take back to the sea landscape, it has been chosen a style in which the predominant colours are white, in a warm and relaxing version, the light blue in all shades like turquoise, sky blue, pastel and seawater colour and finally the ecru colour which gives elegance to furniture and it reminds of sand and sea shells.
The furniture is contemporary and creates a comfortable and vibrant style.
