Con il presente progetto si è voluto dare più spazio al vano più utilizzato, e cioè la cucina.
L'altezza dell'appartamento ha permesso di creare la camera da letto su più altezze, con il letto rialzato sotto il quale si è ricavato un guardaroba, inoltre è stato possibile realizzare un piccolo ingresso con appenderia e vani portavaligie.
La lavatrice è stata posizionate nel mobile contenitore della cucina.
Come finiture si è scelto un pavimento scuro, mentre per le pareti e l'arredo sono stati usati colori chiari che donano luminosità.
